Order Processing Time
All orders are handmade and printed to order.
Processing time:

Processing may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier.

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.
Wrong Address or Missing Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are:

Damaged during shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.

If local pickup is available, instructions will be emailed after checkout.
Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled or restocked.
